About Us

E H FREEMAN was built from experience earned in the field. After stepping out of a larger organization, we chose to start fresh-- bringing forward the lessons, discipline, and craftsmanship that matter most. Our name honors my grandfather, Bill Freeman, who founded a small concrete company after World War II, and whose work ethic and pride in the trade continue to guide us today. We pair that legacy with modern methods, strong partnerships, and a hands-on approach to deliver reliable civil construction work built to last.
